RESET your employee engagement

Need a circuit-breaker? 

Despite effort and focus I see the same themes come round each year. The engagement scores rarely change in a significant way.

Leadership, communication, involvement, innovation all keep coming up as improvement areas. And its ironic that these are the very things that would make our teams or businesses great if we got it right. 

Its time for a reset, a rethink and a circuit breaker. We need to create a tipping point that lifts our scores.

Work and our workers have changed significantly in the last few years. But has your approach to engagement changed? Hybrid, remote, Zoom, dispersed teams....all mean we have to try a new way if we want to get a different result.
