Mindset made it hard for me to start
Over the years I have failed to meet my goals because I lacked belief, or my mindset was not right. It really held me back. I lacked confidence. I usually failed to start, rather than finish!!
I wasted so much time trying to work things out on my own. Once I had learnt how to start, my next challenge was staying focused, maintaining energy and momentum. I also learnt the absolute critical need to surround myself with the right people and systems.
These disciplines have helped me build strong teams, successful strategies and achieve amazing things in corporate organisations and more recently in my own business.
The BIGGEST and most frequent barriers I help clients with...
Lack of clarity. You must be specific on where you are going, so that you know when you arrive. This is a huge barrier to starting a journey.
Loss of focus. Distraction and diversions push us off track. So, we need to build rhythms and rigour to help us close in on those actions that make the difference. This helps us travel faster.
Low support. Those around us can inspire and motivate us. I help my clients activate a network of energy and resources that lifts them up where they need to be.
