HOW TO STAY SAVVY

Small frequent changes will help you stay ahead.

Small regular change. That is what I am championing for you this year.

We are so often led to believe that great successes at work involve enormous growth, mega change, bold decision making and gutsy global communication by leaders. Not always.

It sometimes does, but those things don’t happen often. They are also exhausting for even the most seasoned leaders.

Evolution: small frequent change, is more effective than revolution when it comes to leadership and effectiveness in our teams.

Small change made regularly, which align with changes in our environment are easier and more precise. Whereas big bold changes are harder and more likely to fail because they are high risk.

That is why evolution is important, relevant and worthy of your time.

Kept up?
I am asking leaders and experts this year if they have kept up. Asking if their management style and communication aligns to the changing nature of work and the needs of business?

Are you any of these?
- Stuck or in a rut or unsure how to improve?
- Need to change how you lead your team?
- Want to get to the next level but unsure how?
- Leading a new or complex project or difficult person!

Application not just awareness
So many of us see the changes around us. Perhaps we think the changes are novel and interesting. But only the most effective leaders take the changes on board and adapt to it. Those that use insight and awareness of what is going on around them as a way to stay ahead, get the best results.

They are savvy and switch-on. Are you?

Will you be Savvy or Sorry this year?
I help leaders change their ways so they can build greater trust and impact with employees and customers. I help them have powerful conversations with themselves and others that lift results quickly.

BUT: there is a catch.
You can't evolve if you don't reflect. Each of us must accept where we are, if we are to move ahead and grow. That can feel uncomfortable.
